SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days from time of order, excluding sundays and holidays. 
Orders placed before 2 PM EST will ship the same day, after this time your order will ship next business day. 
Orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered. 
Ash and Grace Boutique is not responsible for delays or lost items due to delivery, weather etc after shipped.
We understand inconvience may happen and we ask you to contact UPS OR USPS for issues regarding delivery concerns. 
Tracking information will be sent via email.

CUSTOMER DELIVERY

We are happy to deliver to you within a 15 mile radius of 23321. Please select CUSTOMER DELIVERY at checkout. 


RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to LOVE what you buy. If you choose to return or exchange, you must do so within 8 business days. All returns or exchanges must be new, unworn, free of any fragrances with tag attached. You will recieve a merchandise credit for the amount, original shipping will not be refunded.  If there is a mistake on our end (ie incorrect size/item etc), we will send you a label and pay return shipping.
