What is your shipping policy?

Free shipping on orders over $100. Economy shipping is $8.00 flat rate for 5-8 business days. Expedited shipping is $13.00 flat rate for 3-4 business days. 

For  ( CANDA, ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, GUAM,USA VIRGIN ISLANDS) shipping fees will be increased based on weight and location. 

Do you accept returns?

We want you to LOVE what you buy, just as much as we appreicate you! In the case you are not satisfied with your item, we have our return policy listed below. Please feel free to message customer service if needed, at

+ No returns on WORN/DAMAGED or WASHED items. 

+ All ORIGINAL TAGS must be attached to item(s). 

+ Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.

+ YOU are responsible for shipping item back to:




Please nclude the packaging slip, as it will make it easy to process the return quickly. Once we receive the item and meets our guidelines above, you will be issued a CREDIT for our store within 15 days. 

Do you accept exchanges?

Exchanges can be made and it is on you to ship the item back to the listed address " ASH AND GRACE BOUTIQUE EXCHANGE" 1700 PATTIE LANE CHESAPEAKE VIRGINIA 23321. Please include the original packaging slip -noted Exchange and your name, order # and size you wish to exchange for. If for some reason the item you ask for is out of stock, we provide you a credit. 

What if my package gets lost?

Once an order leaves ASH AND GRACE BOUTIQUE, it is NOT our responsiblity any longer and on the shipping company. We are sorry and know things happen. If this does and it shows on our end via tracking that your package arrived you are responsible for reporting it with the shipping company. We provide tracking and do our best to get it to you one time and at the right destination.

What if my item is damaged?

If for any reason an item you received is damage, we will happily refund you. Please email titled: Damaged with images of the item, name and order # for a refund within 7 days. 

Can I cancel my order once placed?

Once orders are confirmed - no cancellation can happen under any circumstances. Please follow the return policy.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, simply know we do our best to restock. If this is the case simply email and put the title: RESTOCK and item name/description and we will email you next business day.
