Restocks + Exchanges + Returns
If an item is out of stock, simply know we do our best to restock. If this is the case simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and put the title: RESTOCK and item name/description and we will email you next business day.
Exchanges can be made, and it is on you to ship the item back to the listed address above. Please include the original packaging slip -noted Exchange and your name, order # and size you wish to exchange for. If for some reason the item you ask for is out of stock, we provide you a credit.
We want you to LOVE what you buy, just as much as we appreicate you! In the case you are not satisfied with your item, we have our return policy listed below. Please feel free to message customer service if needed, at email@example.com, we are available M-F, 10AM-6PM EST.
+ No returns on WORN/DAMAGED or WASHED items.
+ All ORIGINAL TAGS must be attached to item(s).
+ Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
